Applies to: ViewSonic Manager; Entity accounts; Manager permissions
You sign in but do not see the Manager tile, or you open Manager and are told you do not have access.
Work through these steps in order:
Confirm you are signing in with the account your organization uses for its ViewSonic Entity, not a personal account.
Check with your organization's Entity Owner or Entity Admin to confirm your user account is a member of the Entity.
Ask your Entity Owner or Admin to confirm your account has been granted Manager access under Entity permissions (not just a general Entity user role).
If you were recently added to the Entity, allow a short time for the role assignment to take effect, then sign out and sign back in.
If you believe you should already have access, ask your Entity Owner or Admin to review your role from the Entity Management console.
Some additional points that may be useful:
Being an Entity user does not automatically grant Manager access — access is assigned separately by an Entity Owner or Admin.
Contact Support if a current Entity Owner or Admin has confirmed your permissions are correct and you still cannot access Manager, or if there is no current Owner or Admin who can grant access.
To help us resolve this faster, please include:
Organization / Entity name
Admin email used to sign in

Whether a current Entity Owner or Admin exists who can grant access
