Issue 

When VPC restarts, it will stop and remain on the startup splash screen. If the VPC is powered off and then powered on, the unit will boot as expected.

Cause

VPC BIOS is unable to reload the ViewSonic webcam (VB-CAM-001) driver when a RESTART of Windows is selected. 

Solution

Bios update - Download an updated Bios file for the model below and follow the installation instructions. Instructions are located in the zipped file.
