Touch not working on CDE7051-TL with external device, how can I do?

  • Check connection and ports, if connected to VGA, USB will be from PC to Touch 1. Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable and make sure that Windows loads appropriate drivers.
  • If still not working replace USB A cable.
  • If the display uses IR technology, clean the IR sensors or reflectors.
  • Make sure there is no physical obstruction on the screen. IR technology will react to anything that is introduced to the field of range of the IR receiver.
