Responsibility for implementing and maintaining this policy is assigned to the Director of Customer Care, Compliance & Supply Chain Management, who oversees its implementation across ViewSonic Europe.
We consider environmental factors throughout product development, including material selection, energy efficiency, durability, reparability, packaging, and end-of-life management where relevant.
We support customers throughout the product lifecycle through technical support, repair and refurbishment services, warranty options, spare parts support, and multiple customer service channels, depending on product and market availability, and a 24/7 chatbot service for product-related assistance.
ViewSonic Europe provides collection and recycling services for eligible end-of-life products through authorized recycling partners in accordance with applicable national legislation. Customers can return eligible products through the ViewSonic Europe take-back program, where available. Returned products are collected and processed by authorized recycling organizations in accordance with applicable waste management requirements. When developing our products, we consider material selection and product design to support recycling where technically and economically feasible.
